Product & Ingredients
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our formulas are thoughtfully created for sensitive and reactive skin types using gentle, plant-based ingredients. Our skincare is also non-comedogenic, meaning it won't clog pores, making it suitable for acne-prone and breakout-prone skin as well.
Are your products natural?
Our products are made with clean, plant-based ingredients and formulated without unnecessary additives. We focus on simplicity, quality, and effectiveness.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Most of our products are formulated without artificial fragrance. Any scent is derived naturally from the botanical ingredients used — such as essential oils, plant extracts, and resins. A small number of products contain phthalate-free fragrance in minimal amounts, clearly noted on each product page. Look for the No Artificial Fragrance icon on individual product pages to confirm.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — we do not test on animals and are committed to ethical sourcing and production.
How should I use your products?
Each product includes recommended usage on its product page. Our approach is simple, intentional routines rather than complicated layering.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on your skin, but many customers notice improvements in hydration, texture, and overall skin balance with consistent use.
Shipping & Returns
Orders placed on Holysticspa.com ship directly from our office in Southern California.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 1–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.
At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, we are unable to guarantee tracking updates or final delivery. Duties, customs, and shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns.

Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email info@holysticspa.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately, no later than 48 hours after delivery, if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will send a replacement. Please email photos of the damaged item to info@holysticspa.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Returns are not accepted for orders outside of the United States.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for promotional items, including free samples and gifts with purchase.
- Bundles and sets are not eligible for partial returns. All items in the set must be returned together.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to shipping providers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your package is received.
