Refund policy
We have a 15 return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@holysticspa.com with your order number.
Once we receive your email, we will give you information on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, (no later than 48 hours) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the received arrives broken or damaged, we will send a replacement right away. Images of damaged item can be send to info@holysticspa.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for orders outside of the US. Gift cards are not refundable. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any promotional items (free samples, gift with purchase). Bundles and sets are not eligible for partial returns. All items in the set must be returned. Any shipping costs are non-refundable since it's paid to shipping providers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return and inspect it, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be processed 5-7 business days after we receive your package.
