Shipping policy

Orders on Holysticspa.com ship directly from Holysticspa at our office in Southern California. 

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Final delivery typically takes 1-7 business days after the order has been shipped. As soon as your order has been processed, we will send an email notification containing the carrier tracking number.

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, we are unable to guarantee the tracking or final delivery of your order. For international returns, we are unable to refund duty, customs or shipping fees.
